Even if Barbie changes outfits, hair color or even skin color, she still remains Barbie and has the same shaped body and the same facial features. Barbie is about reflections: when looking at ourselves in the mirror, another “us” is created. Throughout the years, Barbie has been multiplied wearing different outfits, makeup, and hairstyles. This project also goes back to our everyday life: when we look at ourselves in the mirror we look different from one day to the other as we wear different outfits and sometimes different hairstyles.
